lifting the NBI record

Good day po! Just wanted to ask about my case..It is an ESTAFA case against the company nakasama lang po ang name ko dun..the case itself was already dismissed..unfortunately my previous employer didn't inform me that i was included on that..kaya i wasn't able to present myself during the trial period....i just came to know when i tried to get an NBI clearance.. the case is now open again for trial kase nag bail po ako..i've heard that most possible thing to happen is the court will just issue a temporary or probationary dismissal pa lang... please do help me.. just wondering if i can use it to have the my NBI record be lifted..Thanks a lot!

present a copy of the dismissal order to the nbi, but i'm not sure what they will record because it is provisional. it will be final after 1 year.
