Pano po kung nagamit lng ang account mo for transaction pero smooth pa ang business that time at 2days lng. Then after a week scam pla yung nasalihan mo at nagamitan ng account mo liable ka pa din ba sa syndicated staffa? Pwede ka din po ba isyuhan ng warrant of arrest kung wala ka subpoena para maipagtanggol mo ng malaya ang sarili mo?

Presumed to be liable for estafa, you still have to prove na your not involved. Yes pwede ka issuan ng warrant of arrest without subpoena kasi magkaiba sila.
