Arresto Menor

Gud pm sa lahat. Ung umutang po sa akin ay nag sabi in front of witnesses na hnd dw po tlga sya mag babayad ng utang. At nag sign po ako at sya dn. Ano po maaaring i kaso sa kanya? Ng sabi pa po sya ng false testimony/statement at may mag justify po sa side ko na hnd totoo ang sinabi nya na nag sisigaw dw ako at skandalo sa bahay nila. Ano po panlaban ko? Thank you God bless!
