Arresto Menor

Hellow ejectment case againts me was dissmissed and my lawyer asking for a success fee of 10000 pesos.I already pay for acceptance fee,document fee,participation fee.The court do not grant me any lumpsum or cash.My question is do i have to pay 10000 pesos for the success fee?
