hi, pa help naman po..
Just want to know what legal steps can i take for my case.

I went on AWOL from employer A & worked w/ employer B. I have already resigned from B last year & i was surprised to find out that someone is paying for my sss & pag-ibig contributions bec i am currently unemployed since Dec 2014.
I also found out that employer A has issued a cash card under my name which i never got because I left. It happens to be active & was used since June 2014.

I suspect this is done by somebody from hr or payroll or both. can i sue here? do i go after the individual/s? or the company?

You can complain but not exactly sue them.

The money won't go to you even if they find out about the ghost employee.

Your supervisor, manager and HR may be responsible or at fault for negligence.

i can't sue them for identity theft, for privacy rights? for posting contributions that aren't supposed to be there? cause employers look at the sss employment history for background checks.. I had difficulty finding work after resigning from employer B.. i feel like this has something to do with it..

You can sue.
That's your right.

But I doubt that your case will prosper.

Look up so you don't need to pay tax for that money.
