hi, gusto ko malaman kung valid ba ang kasal ko. kasi sa birth cert ko dioquino ang middle name ko, pero im using torres simula ng magaral ako. nung ikasal ako torres din gamit ko, although may birth cert ako attached as requirement para makasal with an affidavit saying na im the same person. 7 years kme kasal at di kme agad nagsama in one roof agad kasi hindi alam ng parents ko na kinasal kme and i just turned 18 that year(2003), pero naghiwalay kme 5 months ago(june 2010), gusto ko lang malaman kung ano ang pwede kong gawin para ma null and void ang kasal ko.

yes, the marriage is valid, because the names refer to only one person.

nevertheless, if you apply for a CENOMAR, it may come out negative for other marriages because of this issue, but that would not validate any subsequent marriage.

kung skali po bang me error sa gender sa birth certificate valid pa dn po ba un.?

as long as the persons married were a man and a woman, the error on the birth certificate will not affect the validity of the marriage.

ahhh ganun po ba..? e pano po kung n correct n yung birth certificate pano po ang magiging process nun.. magiging valid pa dn ba ung una..? tnx po

polang, are you asking about a person who got married? to correct a wrong gender on a birth certificate, a petition in court has to be filed.

Ahhh....gnun poe ba....kung sakaling maayos ang birth certificate i file pa dn ng petition sa court.... for example poe female ung na ipass na birth cert... nung ikinasal....
pag icheck po ba sa nso un registered pa dn poe ba....

if the birth certificate is correct, what error is there still in the marriage certificate?
