Arresto Menor

Hi po need help badly.... May bf po na dayuhan  ang kaibigan ko, Hindi alam ng dayuhang ito na sya po ay married na. Nagpanggap po na dalaga at nasa abroad nagtatrabaho. Nagpadala ng halagang $5000 na nakapangalan sa akin...ang usapan daw po nila ay para sa papeles ng dayuhan ang halagang iyon.  Ngunit magpahanggang ngaun walang papeles na inaantay. In short niloko po ng friend ko ang bf nyang dayuhan. May case po ba pwedeng isampa laban sa friend ko at ako bilang nagreceive  ng pera?
Pls! Help po
