Hi I would like to ask for advice because this is my first job with contract and a 3 year bond. I've been working in the company for 9 months already and up until now I am not sure whether I am already regular or not since I still don't have the benefits of being a regular. It is said in the contract that after 6 mons I'll be regular and I will only have 5 days of leaves after 1 year of working with them. They said that my contract is different from the other employees (since those employees have 15 days of SL and VL) because I am only a trainee. The thing is now they keep on giving me verbal promises which they keep on breaking. Also they were keeping me in the dark about their future plans for me. They don't make official statements to me and I only heard those plans from other employees. And they were like why didn't you know. Didn't they tell you anything? Whenever I ask them they cannot give me an explanation and they were lying that they didn't know what they plan for us in the future. Other employees knows about it except me. This is unfair since I am also their employee. They were neglecting me on purpose since they don't want to explain themselves to me.

What can I do to express my rights as their employee?

I should also know what will happen to me right? They should tell me what I'm gonna do in the future. Also if I become regular I can get all the benefits that the company offers right? But then since I am a trainee does it limit the benefits I can get from the company? There is no statement in the contract of all the benefits I can get from the company and also that being a trainee will have different benefits from the company. It is only indicated there that after 6 mons I am already regular. Now its my 9th month and still they say I am regular but no increase or leaves yet and also no benefits. Can the company do that? Also is there a law that they break?
