I would just like to inquire about our current status here with my current BPO company. Our account has considered to end the contract that was supposed to be until 2017. The last day of operations is until Nov.2. They have given us 1 month notice but the company claims that we will not receive a separation pay since the account is just project based. The company is willing to provide a grace pay but only 1 month of our base salary. Is there any chance that we can ask for atleast a bigger separation pay. OUr company keeps mentioning the SYkes case is just like ours.
