PLS help me, i need your advice.
we had an arraignment last month, and nxt week is the pre trial. The fiscal told me to settle this. And she told me how much would be the cost for my grave threat? but I don't know if how much? pls help me. because last year i blottered the guy for pointing a gun in front of my face half meter away. and he damage my window car.. so i filed malicious mischief and the total damage is 5k. but for the grave threat i dont have any idea how to compute? thank you.

there really is no way to compute. the question to you is how much you are willing to settle it for, and whether you really want to settle the case.

yes i want to settle the case because you know how many years it will take if i'll gonna push it. the fiscal told me to settle it for 10k. is that alright? i've been telling her to make it 20k because I told her what about my moral damage and my damages like in work., I've resigned ASAP and sold my car because I was too afraid.. It's my first time to experienced that..

i can say P1 or P1million. it is really up to you to decide, not whether it is fair, but whether you are willing to accept it.

i do find it unfair that the fiscal is trying to influence you to settle. I hope it was just a suggestion on his part. to my mind, pointing a gun is a very serious matter.
