Hi Sir/Ma'am,
our company is not paying us on time, we are receiving our salary monthly basis then its still delayed by another half month,, and the deduction from our salaries for tax, sss, etc is not being paid at all.. we are planning to have a mass resignation but we are worried that we will not get the full salary or the whole payment.. what should we do? we only have now is the laptops that they gave us for work.. they want it back but still not paying us.. can we hold the unit until they pay us in full?? thanks Sir/ Ma'am
