should i coordinate on the law firm? or rekta na ako sa bank?

Bakit po mag kaiba ung balance nung soa ko from the bank and payment that the collection representative is asking?

my CC got blocked po then paid half last week.

im planning to pay it in full next week.
ano pong susundin ko.

Any advice , kanino po ako makikipag coordinate sa bank or collection representative.

Good day! Got the same problem.. I had a balance on a 2 bank worth 700k, I am a good payer but unfortuantely my husband lost his job and Icannot pay the minimum amount which is 11k. Wala naman akong planong tumakbo.. Nakabayad naman ako last month pero this coming month eh d ko na un mababayaran.. Need help.. Ano po ba ang magandang gawin..

kung wala ka talaga kakayanan na mag bayad wala magagawa yun bank sayo kundi kulitin ka mag bayad, kahit mag file sila ng case at manalo wala din sila makukuha sayo lalo lang sila mawawalan ng pera kaya wag ka na mag alala at mag hanap ka nalang ulit ng trabaho.

rekta ka na sa bank wag ka mag babayad sa mga collection agency dahil pipilitin ka nila mag bayad sa malaking halaga pero ang ibabalik nila sa banko at yun original na utang mo lang

I have in same situation kaka apply ko lang ng nbi kahapon kasi requirement sa pag alis ko papunta saudi. kaso sa ilang beses ko pag renew kahapon lang ako na hit na bothered ako bigla kasi ang alam ko lang na issue ko eh yung mga unpaid credit card debts ko. kaya nga mag aabroad ako para ma settle ko yung mga naiwan ko obligasyo sa credit card company. at mas prefer ko makipag settle sa bank kesa sa mga collections agency kasi nanloloko din sila

I have incurred a credit card loan of more than P400K from BPI due to cash advances, expenditures on purchases, including monthly interests and penalties. I am currently jobless and requesting your advice on how I can negotiate with the bank for a moratorium on payments. Would an application for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 be appropriate when I have no valuable property, cash nor bank deposit for liquidation of said obligation? I am 84, single and have depended on income from intermittent teaching assignments and research projects which did not suffice to meet my material needs. By the grace of God, I am still able to work if I can find one. Pinahiram po kasi ng sister ko yung credit card niya sa friend niya. Tapos sabi ng friend niya na nabayaran na daw kaya naniwala naman yung sister ko. Tapos after 4 yrs po nagpadala ng letter yung bpi saamin na hindi na daw nababayaran yung credit card. Tapos ayaw na po sumagot sa messenger nung friend niya. Ngayun po paano ko po ipoprove na may nangyaring contract between them? at pwede po ba mag file ng case kahit wala dito sa Pilipinas yung complainant? Nag-aaral po kasi sa ibang bansa yung sister ko.

proof is done through evidence. what can you present? regardless, the credit card company has the right to claim from your sister, and she can claim from her friend

Wala po kaming makuha na evidence kasi oral contract lang yung nangyari pero may conversation naman po yung ate ko at friend niya sa messenger na sinasabi ng friend niya na nagbayad na sya. Pero dun sa statement of transactions sa credit card ng ate ko, hindi po talaga nabayaran yung utang.

Tanong ko po is, ano po payo niyo since sabi sa email, maghanda daw ako ng lawyer since they will file a case against me in a small claims court. Need ko po ba mag-hire ng lawyer para dito, problem is, eksakto lang ang kinikita ko po ngayon sa work ko since nawalang ng work mrs. ko at sakin lang po ang buong expenses ng pamilya namin. Namamasukan lang po ako w/ 4 kids. Maraming salamat po sa payo.

Hindi pwedeng mag-appear ang lawyers in small claims cases. Try mo to basahin, baka lang makatulong sayo mapaghandaan kung ano man ang gawin ng creditor mo. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/proven-ways-debt-collection

kagaya po nila cc din po problem ko, 2013 naaksidente sa motor asawa ko, at naubos po savings namin, 2015 nag sara company na pinapasukan ko..kaya totally wala na po akong pang bayad sa cc ko.
ang bankard po nagpadala sa akin ng mga documents na nag file sila sa akin ng case: sum of money.
at may tatak naman po ng court sa pasig na naka file po talaga.

Iniisip ko nga po wala nga po ako pang bayad sa cc ko mas lalo naman po wala ako pang bayad sa atty para mag tanggol sa akin.

kung wala ka naman talaga pambayad wala ka magagawa. kahit pa kasi makakuha ng favorable judgement ang bank, kung wala ka naman talaga pambayad eh wala din sila magagawa.

Hi, ask lang po ako kase may utang ako sa cc 75k then the collecting agency sinisingil ako ng 95k. Okay lang ba magbayad ako sa bank directly without communicating with the agency? Tapos yung 75k lang yung babayadan ko? Tapos if ever di ko sila mabayadan agad agad if monthly installment gawin ko tapos wala ako i-sign na repayment scheme okay lang po ba yun? Though I know my interest sya every month.

talk to your bank first.. hindi pwede bayaran mo na lang basta kasi nasa collection agency na..

I remember po nakareceive kmi summon years ago, nireceive nmin pero di kmi nakaattend then wala n kmi nareceived n followup letter from rtc di na rin nmin sinasagot ung law firm or collector agency na nag file ng case....

totoo po ba ito atty? hindi ko po alam if related ito sa summon dati, kasi 2 credit card (different bank) ang di nmin nasettle at yung isa lang ang nakapag-summon samin...salamat po ng marami sa time.
