Arresto Menor

hi good morning, ask ko lang po, last year kumuha ako ng Nbi clearance for the first time na hit po ako, ininterview po ako sa quality control and nag process po ng affidavit na hindi po ako yun at kapangalan ko lang po, nakakuha namin po ako ng nbi clearance last May 2014, Kung kukuha po ako ngayon ma hit pa po ba ako ulit? May affidavit na ako na sign sa Nbi last year? Thanks po in advance!
