faith healers

hi thank you in advance, i know its stupid but i really need some help here. my family asked help from a faith healer but now their sickness have worsened and worse, complications occurred. i know that in the Philippines these practices are not prohibited but what can we do now? can we use "deceit" against the healer? also we heard from a former member of the cult that the healer is trying to take responsibility of my sister's studies. my sis is above 18 now but still dependent, the story is that the healer told my sister to shift from her current course to a vocational one in which she will be the one to financially support so she could send her abroad in a short time. these all happened without our parents' permission. i hope to hear from anyone soon. thankyou
