need advice

I am with this guy for 8months and I am 3months pregnant. When I told him I am pregnant he said "are you sure that's mine?" and didn't acknowledge it. After that he started not communicating with me. Later on I've learned that he is married with a son. He started talking to me like i am not his gf without even respecting me anymore. I have his text messages saved in my phone. I am sure that I am carrying his child. I want to ask if i can make complaints against him for his prc license to be revoked. I am not aftering support from him because i can support my child alone. All i want is for him to pay for disrespecting me and for his immorality and unprofessional conducts. Thanks.

share ko lang po sayo merun ako co teacher na naka buntis din ng iba and pina revoked niya ang prc nito pero nauwi lang ito sa wala. Dahil marami need na ebedensya ang kaylangan mo iprovide. Sa pag kakaalam ko need mo din mag file ng case sa kanya pero suggestion ko lang eh wag na kasi baka kaw pa ang kasuhan ng asawa nito lalu na kung kasal sila.. Hindi po acceptable na ebedinsya ang text msg dahil maari niya sabihin di niya yan no. Pero kung postpaid maari dahil yung no. Eh nakapangalan sa kanya.. Ipaliwanag ko lang para sa pag papatangal ng prc ay hindi biro marami ka kaylangan iprovide sa kanila lalu sa kaso immorality pero kung ikaw ay babae napakadali ipatangal ang prc licnse nya ipakita mo lang siya ay buntis at walang ama o my asawa ang nakabuntis ay matatagal agad pero kung guy negative po at marami ka need na iprovide

like what po ang mga needed evidences?his wife has no plan na kasuhan ako and even telling me na huwag ko iparevoke ang lisencya ng asawa nya.sa kanya kasi nakadepende yun mag ina.if ever na kasuhan ako ng adultery,i can prove na wala ako idea na married yun guy.sobra na kasing disrespect ginagawa sakin verbally.i want to get even with him.

I already did. The thing is parang wala lang sa asawa nya and eveven asked me na wag iparevoke ang license ng asawa nya gawa ng sa guy sila nakadepende. Mawawalan sila ng sustento if ever marevoke yun license ni lalaki. It just hurts until now na parang biniblame pa ako ng guy and say things to me na hindi dapat and he doesn't give a damn shit about the child am carrying. he says things beyond the limit. What other options I've got to get even with him?

Yes you can file a case against tha father of your baby and there is a possibility that his license might be revoked as this is immorality and dishonorable conduct. Nagkaanak kau without you knowing that he is already married.

IMO, hindi mo kailangan pa na mag-file ng complaints sa PRC. Directly, you can file criminal case against him, you can file RA9262. If found guilty, maari siyang makulong ng 6 hanggang 12 taon.

ang aim dw ni kensi is ma-revoke ung PRC license nung guy because of what he did to her.

And sa pagkakaalam ko, pra mangyari un kelangan nia magfile ng complaint sa PRC re sa ginawa ng guy sa knya.

Pero tama, pasok nmn yan sa ra9262.

Well if she want to get even, she should go for the maximum penalty. or she can do BOTH.

yeah kasi like Kensi said, ndi nia alam na married ung guy and she has the evidence n tlg nmn dw ndi xa aware.

She's not after the support, maybe gusto nia dn turuan ng leksyon tong lalaking ito para at least ndi na ulitin sa iba.

@Kensi - SO it's a yes, you can file a criminal case and you can also file a complaint sa PRC, but pls be reminded that this will take effort and time. Maraming effort and mahabang time should I say.

So kung desidido ka n tlg, find a lawyer.
