i have an important question, maybe u can help me: Does a professional fee for closing a cas exist at philippine police?
Here The story: Relatives of mine report a group of people at police because they wanted press money from them. The police wanted money too to search for them, so the relatives paid it. After 2 month and no result but monthly payment to the police they want stop the search and the police wants a now professional fee for ending the operation. Now my question: Is that legal in philippine law?
