Ay hehe. The way you advice sir daig nyo pa po abugado. Parang pwede karin po sa computer technologies hehehe. Ano nga po pala ang pwede kong sampa sknya at pwede nya pong isampa saakin? Ano din po pwede ko sampa sknya kapag npatunayan ko pong sya nga ang nagang gumagamit ng account ko?

ANG PAGBUBUKAS NG FACEBOOK, TWITTER O IBA PANG SOCIAL NETWORKING ACCOUNT NG ISANG TAO NA WALANG PAHINTULOT SA MAY-ARI NITO AY ISANG URI NG "COMPUTER HACKING" or "CRACKING" NA PINAPARUSAHAN NG REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8792 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS E-COMMERCE LAW OF THE PHILIPPINES.
Ang isang Facebook account o iba pang social networking account ay matatawag na isang "property" under the law dahil ang mga information at pictures na nadito ay pagmamay-ari ng user na gumawa nito. Dahil ang isang Facebook account ay isang "property right", dapat ito ay iginagalang ng ibang tao. Ngunit may mga taong hindi ginagalang ang Facebook account ng ibang tao at gumagawa ng paraan para makuha ito depende sa kanyang intensyon o personal na motibo.
Ang pagbubukas ng Facebook, Twitter o iba pang social networking account ng isang tao na wala niyang pahintulot sa pamamagitan ng illegal na pagkuha ng password o access code ay isang uri ng "hacking" or "cracking" including the introduction of computer viruses and the like, resulting in the corruption, destruction, alteration, theft or loss of electronic data messages or electronic document shall be punished by a minimum fine of one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) and a maximum commensurate to the damage incurred and a mandatory imprisonment of six (6) months to three (3) years.
yan ay kung mapapatunayan mo na sya nag hack ng fb mo?
and sa mga false accuxation naman na naka paloob sa msg conversation nyo?
kung ito ay kaya mong pasinungalingan at pawang mga bintang lang na walang katibayan at hindi kayang patunayan?
review mo post ko dun sa isa mong isue regarding libel. oral defamation. slander at kung ano ano pa.
