meron po ba expiration date ang CFA na binigay ng barangay? Pag despalco po ng pera and kaso. nakuha ko po ung CPA last April pa po, kaya lang, wla pa ako money para sa lawyer. or pwede po ideretso ko na sa prosecutor office ung CFA?

CFA doesn't have expiration, but the basis for the claims.

If the amount you are trying to claims is 100k or less (exclusive of interest) you can file small claims even without a lawyer.

No need for you to get a lawyer. Ikaw ang complainant di ba, bale ang magiging lawyer mo prosecutor na if estafa ang ikakaso mo pero if u just want to collect money, go for small claims kung pwede lang din.
