I would like to seek advice on how to transfer the mother title to us grand children of our grandfather. The situation is the mother title is still in our grandfather's name my lola is still alive. The lot was divided already to their respective heirs. Now, how do we have it transfered to our name like us grandchildren so we can have the lot built to a house...can the title be named to the three of us grandchildren? What process should we take on this? Your help is much appreciated.
