Hello. 5 People are accusing me that I did scam them. they ordered international sim cards. and i was successfully shipped those sim cards to them. they said that its not working but im sure that the services are working perfectly. please tell me what to do. because they are planning to file a case. thank you

please help me po. i have the receipts po.

Actually po, sa contract of sale sa tulad ng transaction mo. Buyers are entitled to warranties for defects, damages, etc. Provided po hindi intentional damage on the part of the buyer. Ang magagawa mo cguru is to retrieve ang mga nagcocomplain na not working ang test them yourself. Mas maganda kng harapan kau for the testing pra walang masabi

okay naman po ang sim cards. may signal and nakakapag text or call at pwede mag load. its just that may nirereklamo sila na hindi sila maka refund kapag bumibili sila ng application sa google using that mobile number. and its not my resposibility dba po? no defects or damages sa sim cards. its perfectly working. wala po mairereklamo sakin dito dba po?

plus what they are doing is illegal. they buy applications using Direct carrier billing of that sim cards and refund it . refund is legal . but if you abuse it, i think thats illegal na. actually request nila na umorder ako ng sim card from other countries. I just sell sim cards. nothing else. please help me po kung ano pwede nila isampang reklamo sakin.. so that makapag prepare ako.

I dnt think my case cla sau. Kc, in ur part, honest seller ka lng. Pro sa part ng buyer mo cla ang my katakutan kc gingmit nila ang items na binibili sau in illegal ways
