Hello po. Last year, nagpahiram ako ng ODD (optical disk drive) to a friend of mine. Price is approximately Php1,000.00, not exactly sure kung yun nga ang price. Everytime na kinontact ko yung pinaghiraman para isauli sa akin ang gamit, hindi nya ako pinapansin. When contacted in FB, seen lang ang messages ko and now, blocked na ako sa profile nya. Alam ko ang bahay niya pero hindi ko sya mapupuntahan kasi sa Manila na sya nagstastay ngaun so mga kaanak nya lang ang nasa bahay.

Ang tanong ko po is maaari bang iconsider as theft ang ginagawa niya and are there enough grounds para mai-blotter siya sa police?

Suggest ko file mo muna ng complaint sa barangay niya for an initial mediation.
Dapat alam mo ang address at may concrete proofs ka.
Minimal expense lang ito. Makakakuha ka rin ng advice kung sufficient grounds at sa next steps.
