good day attorney, ask ko lang po sana about my status ngayon... miller dizon po from pampanga. ask ko lang po kc tungkol sa asawa ko, kasal po kami pero naghiwalay, last 2012 po last comunication nmin... di ko na po alam kung asan cya ngayon. gusto ko po sana mag asawa ulit. pwedi po ba maki pag annual kahit wala ung asawa ko? di ko na po kc alam kung asan na cya ngayon... thanks po in advance.

Yes. You can file a Petition for Annulment even if your husband cannot be located. In fact, Philipine law prohibits collusion between spouses in securing an annulment.
