CHILD ABUSE

Actually it started in a fight. Our neighbor hurt my sister who is 17 years old and we already have file a case against our neighbor. My problem is the mother of our neighbor (Which is not in the scene) actually not residing in our area filed a case against my other sister which is 20 years old, claiming that her grand son (son of neighbor) is hurt also by my other sister. She claims that her grandson is crying for almost two days because my other sister stamp on her grandson's foot. The mother of our neighbor is the one charging against my sister and stating different kind lies just to cover what her daughter did to my minor sister. We are afraid that her lies may win since she has all the money and we don't have the capability to hire an attorney. FYI. They file a case after the knowledge that we already filed a case against her daughter. What are the actions needed on these cases. Hope you help me. Thanks.
