Arresto Menor

Hi! I am playing an online game. In game trash talks are fine with me. But someone is spreading a picture of me with some insulting words which are not true like 'bading' . His latest action is no longer part of the game, someone even said 'patatahimikin kita habang buhay' that sounds like a death threath too. What can I do. Is it a ground for Cyber bullying? Please, I need some advice. I already taked to my uncle who is an officer in PNP.
