gud pm po..ask lng po if cnu may alm dito po if panu at anu po requirements ko para makakuha po ng motion for release ng motorcycle ko.hawak po kc ng pulis now,,ninakaw po yun sakin tas nrecover ng pulis.my hinihingi po sila n motion to release dw po gling sa korte? panu po b ggwin kong step? and san me pupunta mismo? ty po

Is there already a case filed? If yes, then file the motion to release with the Court where the case is pending. You will need to attach documents evidencing that you are the owner of the said motorcycle and undertake that you will produce the motorcycle in court when needed.

If there is still no case filed, then you only need to submit to the police station an affidavit of undertaking.

The motion to release will not come from the court, ikaw ang magpa-file nyan. Ang ibibigay mo sa kanila ay yung Order issued by the Court granting your motion and ordering the motorcycle's immediate release.  But like i said kapag wala pang kaso na nakasampa, only execute an affidavit of undertaking and submit it to the police station having custody of your motorcycle
