I recently resigned but somewhat forced resignations to make it easier for us. Endorsement was done and discussed however my boss still has some questions. I dont feel like responding and deliberately not answering her calls since we have already discussed my turnover. She said she will hold my clearance if unable to contact me.
Can they do this? Until when am i obliged to respond to them? I believe ive done my part and its unfair that they are still bothering me and threatening to hold my last pay and clearance. Thanks.
