I received on April 27 a resolution dated 21 April signed by acting deputy city prosecutor for a BP22 case filed by sterling bank against me charging 3 counts for 3 checks for reason account closed.

On May 15, 2015, I received order and notice of arraignment asking me to submit counter affidavit wirhin 10 days and the arraignment on June 3, 2015.

May I know what should I do please.

iha, eto ang tinatawag na estafa, kung di mo pa alam..
ano gagawin kamo?
eh ano ba sabi,
eh di magfile ng counter affidavit <10 days,,, para di ka madefault..
alam mo atraso mo, so prepare to face the consequence.
