Hi question lang po,

Kasi po sa company namin my tinatawag na productivity incentive program kung saan makakakuha ang bawat employee ng halagang 4,000 peso Per quarter kung naMeet ng employee ang Qualification Criteria.

Tama lang po ba na bawasan ng witholding tax itong incentive pay?

Withholding Tax on Compensation is the tax withheld from income payments to individuals arising from an employer-employee relationship.
