Hello po. Case law is part of the law of the land.

1) If the Case law took place in 1976, knowing that we are now relying on the 1987 constitution, is the case law still effective??

2) Once something becomes part of the jurisprudence, is there a possibility that its effectivity is removed? Rolling Eyes Mad Question cyclops Smile

1. Yes, it is still valid and effective, unless the case law (or more commonly known as 'jurisprudence') has been overturned by the Supreme Court. This is applicable for all doctrines in jurisprudence.

2. Same answer as above.
