Arresto Menor

Hello,

i filed and was granted by the court of Presumptive death to my husband who disappeared for almost 10 way back 2004. The lawyer said she (her staff) will do the rest up to NSO updates..

Out of curiosity, i requested a CENOMAR last March and a copy of our marriage contract, that there is no notation of the court decision.. can i still file it even its 11 yrs after??

need your legal advise

contact the clerk of court, where the case was filed,
asked the status there,
go to local registrar to check if needed docs were submitted,
the finality of court decision relies whether some procedures were done/submitted docs...
let us know
