Almost 2 years na but still uder agency

Hello! I'm a licensed electronics engineer. Nag apply po ako directly to a company pero ang ginawa ng company ay pina-sign nila ako ng contract sa isang agency. Almost 2 years na po ako working at the said company pero under agency pa rin. The agency just send me contract every 5 - 6 months (exactly the same contract I signed when I got hired) when the previous contract expires. No salary increase. Wala ata sila balak mag regular kasi pinadalhan na naman nila ako ng contract (yes, that very contract), nakakapanlumo basahin... Parang ayaw ko na pirmahan... Still no salary increase.

Help naman po.. Ano po ba mga rights ko as employee? May right na po ba ako ma-regular? Entitled na po ba ako for a salary increase? Ano po ba ang sinasabi sa batas natin about agencies? Thanks!

Bawal ang labor-only contracting, lalo na kung ang trabaho ay kailangan at kanais-nais.
