Hello po. Ask ko lang po. kami po ay pampublikong paaralan. Nagkautang po kami sa isang supplier contractor kasi nagpagawa po kami ng stage. (sa halagang 80k worth of materials). Nagkautang po kami kasi nag promise naman po sina congressman at mayor na tutulungan kami sa pagpapagawa.. Kaya lang hindi dumating ang mga nasabing tulong.. Ngayon ang contractor po ay naniningil. Unti-unti po ang aming pagbayad. My 5k, may 7k. Depende sa pwede naming makuha sa M.O.O.E. pero kasi ang pag release ng M.O.O.E. ng school ay per quarter at kailangan rin namin ng pera para sa ibang needs ng school. Nagpupumilit po ang contractor at kung hindi daw kami makapagbayad ay kakasuhan kami. Ano po ang possibleng mangyari? Maapektohan po kaya ang trabaho namin?. Salamat po.

Yes we know it is an obligation that must be paid up. Yung sa amin e yung procedure? kasi at least every two months naka pagbabayad naman kami kahit pa unti-unti. So what would be the procedure for the small case claim? Thanks.
