case dismissed

Good pm po mga atty. May ittanong lang po ako, my husband file a case against me falsif7cation of documents daw po about sa marriage namin n pinagawa daw siya ng affidavit of cohabitation, pero ang totoo wala naman po, but sa resolution the prosecutor dismised the case for the lack of evidence last jan 2015 and nreceive ko po letter ng march 2015, but yun atty ng husband ko ngfile ng " entry of appearnce with urgentex parte motion for extension of time within which to file motion for reconsideration" if ever po ano ano ang mga puwede mangyari dito , does it mean na puwede pa rin nila kami ipakulong, by the way po yun annulment case po namin on going sa place ng husband ko. Hindi ko po inaatendan ng hearing gusto ko na rin po kasi ma annul talaga... my concern is ito pong falsification of documents, since case is recommended dismissed ano po ang guarantee na makakatulog na po ako ng maayos, grabe po kc ginagawa ng asawa ko sa amin ng anak ko.please advice po
