Hi, please give advice on what i should do. we filed a case against Ford Alabang regarding our lemon car, hindi kami pasok sa Lemon law so case is under consumer act. we received the decision of DTI and it was in our favor, the respondent was asked to refund or replace our car, but then they are given 15 days to appeal. upon communication with ford alabang they said na magaapeal sila. ang worry namin, wala kaming sariling lawyer while ford have their own lawyer na kokontra sa decision ng DTI, what should we do, malaki kaya posibility na matalo pa kami?
