hi, my name is red de ocampo. complainant in case involving reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property and slight physical injuries. my feb 10 hearing was canceled to give us time to prepare our judicial affidavit. i was advised to visit the public prosecutor regarding my JA which i failed to do. my next hearing will be on mar 17 and i still dont have a judicial affidavit or atleast made a visit at the public proaecutors office. will my case be canceled in case i fail to present a JA? or will they again give me a chance to present one and reschedule again the hearing?
