Hi, My name is Brandon, my office HR gave me a final warning regarding a picture posted on my Facebook showing me and my colleague celebrating christmas, this was dated back Dec 25, 2014, today, I receive the report saying that I violate our protocol for taking picture inside the office, the picture did not show the logo, the product or the service we render, just pure picture of us celebrating christmas inside the office. Is this a valid a case, using my picture on my FB against me , never thought that part of their job description is to check my pictures on my account to be used against me.
