Hi po. I have no name and surname sa birth cert ko po. Way back I did get a copy of my b.cert at manila City hall, and found out that I have no name and surname (BLANK) only middle initial. they suggested me to go to the hospital where I was born to check my records. And still my record is no name. Going back to Manila City hall to be able to get a b.cert with name I get a supplemental report that was attached to my b.cert. And that is what am using before.
But now since they need an authenticated b.certificate. what should I do?
