Hi Attorneys,
sana po matulungan nyo kmi s concern namin. we're planning kc to get married thru civil wedding but gusto sana namin na garden wedding, and we've heard conflicting statements(forums din) stating na hnde na pwd outside the Judge's chambers or Court mg officiate, meron din nagsabi na under present laws, it's still possible. Not sure din in the case of Mayors if merong restriction na hnde na pwd outside the City Hall/Municipal Hall.
Cebu city po location namin(not sure if merong difference). Ano po ang options namin?
