Hi atty good day! My bf is currently having an affair with his manager. Due to some events the manager suddenly known about us and becomes angry. She went ballistic and ask for a resignation asap. Does she has the right since she was the one involved in the situation? I dont think its prohibited from their company to have romantic relationship with their co workers or boss since some of them do the same thing. Can this be ground for termination even if reason is personal? Need your advise asap.
