I need help regarding a english Korean school located in Iloilo. They claim to be non-profit but they charge students alOt for tuition and for teachers they dont give mandatory benefits HELP anybody

It is the school's pregogative to demand tuition fee. Teachers should be the one to file complain against this school for non giving of mandatory benefits

True regardig tuition but they are registered as non profit and on top of that they spend on boracay getaways and mistreat the teachers through low pay strict hours and no benefits

Non profit organisations have costs too, so demanding fees AREN'T SURE legaly wrong, only if it make them an organisation with profit purpouse.

BUT even IF they are a non profit organisation, they have to follow the law concerning paying teacher salaries and benefits...
