Nullity Case

Please advise:

My husband filed for nullity on grounds that were both minors when we got married(17 yrs old). Our birthdays were changed so as we can pushed thru with the ceremony.

We were married for 15yrs got 3 kids. Late last year I caught him having a mistress. He's an OFW.

My concern: if i contest his petition on ground that nag lapse na ang 5yrs period allowable to file 4 nullity on this particular ground malakas kaya ang laban ko?

Im not trying to win him back pero gusto ko lng sya pahirapan coz he resisted to commit on child support yet he's ready to flush money on nullity. Well if he really wanted to spend money on this he better work his ass out on grounds of psychological incapacity.

Why waste your time contesting that? instead, use your effort to force him to do his obligation to your children. gagastos ka lang din naman edi gumastos ka na dun sa may magandang patutunguhan. You know what i mean.
