I was recently promoted as a team leader in a call center and they have removed my night differential pay. Is giving night differential required by law? And are there exceptions? TIA. Merry Christmas!!!

Night differential is required for employees as per Article 86 of the Labor Code.

Except (from Article 82) Managerial Employees:

As used herein, "managerial employees" refer to those whose primary duty consists of the management of the establishment in which they are employed or of a department or subdivision thereof, and to other officers or members of the managerial staff.

And since you're a team lead and manage people... you're no longer entitled to ND.
