School Transactions

Good day po, i am Frechi Van student po ng AMA Cavite Campus.
May transaction po kasi ako sa school na nagkamali po ang accounting office ng computation 2 semesters ago, now po its our final exam period and for a fact na alam ko ang babayaran ko for tuition fee nagulat nalang po ako na hindi nila ako iissuehan ng permit kasi may balance po ako na 3thousand pesos, i need help po regarding about this dahil po its not my mistake kung bakit ako nagkabalance its their miscalculations, and the school director really dont want to let me take the exams unless that balance is paid. is there any way para maka exam pa po ako? or kahit magkaroon ng agreement na babayaran nalang po per sem yung balance? self supporting student po kasi ako. thank you po!

I am certain your school has a mechanism to handle your concerns. Ask around like admin office or the head of the accounting department or student affairs. Better to have it settled at this level before elevating if legally. (As learned from the Barangay Lupon set up). Good luck both sa resolution and sa exams.

thank you for your response sir centro. But ive done that already.. asked the school director yet they dont let me take the exam, and about the accounting department head pinapasa lang po nila ako sa school director. so yun, parang pinagpapasahan nalang po nila ako so i have nowhere to go.

Opinion lang ito. Formalize with a letter. Copy furnish an office in the Department of Education. Or call up DepED for course of action. Here is a hotline number I picked up from the news.
