mgkano po ba ng range ang estate tax? may penalty ren po ba un pag d nabayaran per year? mga 2006 pa po kse namatay ung may ari ng lupa den hinde pa naayos ung hatian sa mga naiwan

yes, may accrued penalty per year.

6 months lang kasi ang grace period to settle the estate from the time of decedent's death.
