What does the law say about company bonds?
I read in the contract that if I wish to leave the school (as a teacher) shorter than 3 years will entitle me to pay the damages. The damages is a total of my salary for one whole school year plus all the allowances and training the school provided and will provide for me for a whole school year. Is this even legal? I have been in the school for only 3 months, but I wish to leave. The contract says I should stay with them for 3 years before I can decide whether I want to stay to be a regular teacher or leave.
