Coe and last pay

Goodpm i would like to consult my situation from my previous job, i resigned and had my clearance last july and until now my coe and lastpay not yet release due to store charges. I was wondered if its possible to charge me although i didnt sign any attority to deduct?

-discrepancy in store items. I called the operation and told me the discrepancy amount is 300k which is very impossible to have a lost amount of 300k. Because during my term, we never had lost items. And i believe the discrepancies issue is due to their systems. Kahit my discrepancy silang sinesend samen nuon (when im still working with them) wala nmn po silang gngwa actions or never po silang ngpacharge sa discrepancies. Thats why i think its not fair if they will charge me and i think wala n din ako mkukuhang last pay due to over amount cnsbi nla chrges. At hindi rin ibbgay COE ko dahil xa unsettled vharges. What can i do about this? I have my rights to have my COE since ngtrabaho aq sknla.
