Child abuse case. Need legal help please!!!!

My sister had a fight with out 17 y.o neighbor. My sis is 21 y.o. Technically, di sila nagkasakitan. Pero nahulog yung kapit bahay namin dahil mabato sa lugar na yun. So, nagkaron sya ng gasgas. May kapit yung nanay nya sya Hall of justice kaya yung kaso umabot sa child abuse at nakasuhan yung nanay ko, ate at kapatid ko since they were all there at that time. We got an atty from pao who just asked us to explain our side in writing which we did then, atty asked to wait for the resolution. When the resolution came, few days after. Warrat came as well. In short, nag bail kami however, yung bail ng mama at kapatid ko palang nabayaran namin. Di pa nakakapag bail yung ate ko kaya nagtatago sya. Pero, nakikipag areglo ma raw yung kabilang side ngayon pero ayaw mag initiate na magkaron ng formal settlment? What should we do? Thanks!
