Hi i was wondering if theres a chance na mapalitan ko ang pangalan ng car na na loan ko? Iba kasi ang nag babayad pero nakapangalan sakin gusto ko sana na ilipat na ang pangalan na yun para sila na ang singilin ng bank at sila din naman ang gumagamit non. Maraming salamat sa sasagot

I did ask the bank hindi daw po pwede kelangan ko daw muna bayadan yung car bago malipat ang name. I dont know if they are telling the truth

Well, if we just follow the law, that is allowed. However, you have to check your contract dun sa auto loan if it is indeed stated there na hindi pwede. I would suggest na you write a formal letter to the bank inquiring on the matter. Kasi under normal circumstances, allowed yun. But remember, you entered into a contract with them. So, if they do not allow it, you are bound by the contract kasi kailangan ng consent ng bank if gusto mo transfer sa iba yung auto loan.
