How would you interpret:
"Simultaneous issuance of 11 postdated checks covering the remainder thereof at the stipulated monthly rent and due every 5th of the succeeding months."
The premise is that the first month of term is from February 15, 2014 - March 14, 2014.
Would this mean that the rent for March 15 - April 14 is due on March 5? Or is it on April 5?
