Illegal Termination- will file a case in NLRC

Hi,

I need advise and help since I will be filing a case in NLRC this coming Monday.

This is my story...

I have 2 administrative case- the first administrative case is due to violating the cash advance liquidation process. Nagusap na kame ng boss ko initially na we just need to undergo process and this is for exoneration naman. It was an approved budget to me pero alam ng boss ko kung san ko tlaga gagamitin ang funds. its just so happened na nasilip ng accounting so nagfile sila ng administrative case pero sabi ng boss ko sa akin okay lang un ako naman ang magdedecide eventually. so nagkaron ng case hearing and sabi pa ng boss ko okay lang yan kailgan natin dumaan sa process ako ng bahala. ( this happened when we still have good working relationship.
2nd- nagalit sya sa akin kasi sinumbong ko sya sa cliente namin- so humanap sya ng butas para matanggal ako at Voila may nakita sya ang anomalya sa pagaaproved ko ng Ot ng mga tao ko. so sa memo na pinadala nya at sinuspend agad ako ito ang sinagot ko sa kanya.( acts of fraud and dishonesty) same as the nung unang offense ko at ako ay sinuspend nya for 30 days.

so nag admin hearing kame last OCtober 16, 2014 which is beyond na ng 30 days suspension kasi inurong ko kasi parang ayaw na nila akong pakinggan dahil minamadali akong iterminate ng boss ko. so pinapasok na ako ng October 17,2014 pero ibingay ang terminatio case ko. Tinanong ko ang HR kung bakit kasama ang first case ko na initially it was already planned na for exoneration pero sabi ng HR sinama lang daw, pero ang gravity ay sa second case. the admin hearing proceedings for the second case was just 15mins and kapag napakinggan nyo my boss reaffirms all my statement kasi siya mismo hindi sya nag chcheckin balance ng mga OT. so to make the story short hindi ko pinirmahan ang termanation case pero gusto na nila akong magclearance. ipapadala daw ang unsigned docs thru registered mail.

Can anyone tell me the validity of my case.

where is the dishonesty in authorizing OT? they did not actually perform OT work?

There was an approved ot po pero hindi naman tlga nag ot ung tao ko and i approved it without checking it. May sworn statement pa ung agent na ako nag instruct sa kanya pero na misinterptet nya ung pagkakasabi ko
